During the holiday season, you may be planning a catered event. We recommend that you contact the Cleveland County Health Department, or ask the food vendor for a copy of their last inspection grade, to be certain that your caterer is permitted to operate a catering business. Do your part to help insure that the food served at your event is as safe and enjoyable as possible.
