Child Support


Cleveland County Child Support is part of a larger state, national and international body with the common purpose of providing services to "consistently collect as much child support as possible for the benefit of North Carolina's children."

Child Support provides the following services:

  • Location of non-custodial parents
  • Establishment of Paternity and Support Orders (including provisions for medical support)
  • Collection and Distribution of Child Support Payments
  • Enforcement of Court Orders (including periodic reviews for possible modifications)
