The Cleveland County Public Information office handles Public Records Request for:
  • Cleveland County, North Carolina and all of its Departments as listed above
  • Cleveland County Sheriff's Office
  • Cleveland County Register of Deeds (Administration Records only, Land Records are available on their website, Vital Records must be obtained through their office)

Requests for public records are fulfilled in the order that they are received unless the request requires a substantial amount of time to fulfill.
