A Candidate Committee is required to file a Certification of Threshold form at the Board of Elections office declaring their intent to raise/spend $1,000.00 or less in the current election cycle.  If their intent is to stay below the $1,000.00 threshold, no additional forms/reports are due unless they go over $1,000.00.  Committees raising/spending over $1,000.00 are required to file additional disclosure reports.  Those reports are listed here:
