The Passport Acceptance Facility is located in the Register of Deeds offices on the first floor of the Cleveland County Administration Building. The address is 311 East Marion Street, Room 151, Shelby, North Carolina.
The Passport Office is open Tuesday through Friday, from 9 AM to 12 noon and 1 PM to 4 PM by appointment only.
We do everything for first time passport applicants including processing, photographs and mailing. We also can direct you in renewing your passport by giving you the forms you will need and we can take your photos.
